Dante Rinaldi is the Vice President of Business Development at My Premier Backyard, where he focuses on building strategic partnerships, expanding brand presence, and driving growth across both direct-to-consumer and B2B channels.

With a Bachelors in Business and English, Dante brings a unique combination of storytelling and strategy to the company. His experience in digital content creation, video production, and marketing helps shape how the brand connects with customers and communicates its value.

At My Premier Backyard, Dante plays a key role in identifying new opportunities, strengthening supplier relationships, and helping position the company as a trusted source for premium outdoor living products.

Miriam Rinaldi

Managing Partner, My Premier Backyard

Miriam Rinaldi serves as Managing Partner of My Premier Backyard, bringing more than 31 years of leadership and operational experience from the healthcare industry. A Registered Nurse by profession, her career spans clinical care, healthcare operations, implementation, team leadership, and management. Throughout her career, Miriam has developed a proven ability to lead teams, coordinate complex workflows, implement new processes, and maintain high standards in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Beyond her healthcare expertise, Miriam brings a strong financial and entrepreneurial perspective to My Premier Backyard. Her experience with accounting and bookkeeping provides her with a practical understanding of financial management, budgeting, performance monitoring, and the economic factors that drive a successful business. She also successfully owns and operates short-term rental properties, further strengthening her experience in business management and customer service.

While continuing to serve as Director of Clinical Operations for a large healthcare organization, Miriam plays an integral leadership role at My Premier Backyard. Her combination of operational expertise, financial acumen, technology adaptability, and decades of management experience helps guide the company's internal operations and continued growth. Miriam brings a disciplined, practical, and results-driven approach to building efficient systems and supporting My Premier Backyard's commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
