The heavy-duty cast-aluminum grill body retains heat efficiently, while the three-level adjustable stainless steel cooking grids let you position food closer to or farther from the flame. Flare Buster ceramic flavor enhancers distribute heat, protect the burner from food drippings, and help reduce unwanted flare-ups.

With one pull of the stainless steel smoker-shutter lever, you can convert the grill into an indirect cooking system for smoking, slow roasting, and baking.
