Cal Flame constructs the Durango around a 16-gauge galvanized steel frame with HardieBacker reinforcement and one-piece construction for long-lasting outdoor performance. The substantial 48" W × 41" D × 79" H footprint makes this fireplace a true architectural feature rather than simply an outdoor heating appliance.
Powerful 90,000 BTU Outdoor Fireplace
At the heart of the FRP905-2 is a 22-inch double burner producing up to 90,000 BTUs. The fireplace includes a 24-inch log grate and log set with black lava rocks, creating the traditional appearance of a wood-burning fireplace with the convenience and control of gas. Cal Flame's current technical drawing also identifies an electronic ignition system.
The fireplace can operate on natural gas or propane with conversion, giving homeowners greater flexibility when planning their outdoor installation. A brick-pattern firebox lining adds a traditional masonry-inspired appearance to the contemporary exterior.
