Paving: Hess Press typically requires 6 weeks for as-cast or blasted finishes. Vibro #1 typically requires 11 weeks. Vibro #2 typically requires 12 weeks for as-cast or washed finishes.
Secondary operations: Timing is cumulative when required: grinding adds 3 weeks; CNC cutting/HLD adds 3 weeks; blasting after HLD cutting adds 2 weeks; sealing adds 2 weeks; and drying before sealing adds 1 week.
Custom estimating: Precast Concrete estimates typically take 5–10 days.

Standard samples typically take 3 business days. Custom samples typically take 5–10 business days, assuming custom materials are available. This is the first round of matching; additional samples may add time. Please coordinate with your project manager.
