The 18-inch porcelain-coated cast iron WAVE™ cooking grids provide 296 square inches of total cooking space and can be positioned at three different heights. Move your food closer to the charcoal when you want an aggressive sear or raise the cooking surface when more controlled heat is required.
Vortex Heat Management & Serious Charcoal Control
Napoleon's innovative Vortex heat-management system promotes efficient convection inside the kettle, helping circulate heat around your food while making effective use of your charcoal. A stainless steel heat diffuser further assists with heat distribution during longer cooks.
The weather-protected Smoke Stack Chimney gives you greater control over airflow, while the built-in ACCU-PROBE™ temperature gauge makes it easier to monitor what's happening beneath the lid.
An offset hinged lid keeps the hot lid securely attached instead of requiring you to find somewhere to place it during cooking. Dedicated temperature-probe ports make monitoring longer cooks more convenient, while the removable heavy-steel ash catcher simplifies cleanup once the grilling is finished.
