Built around Primo’s patented oval ceramic design, this flagship cooker provides an expansive 500 sq. in. primary cooking area while giving you the flexibility to grill, smoke, roast, or bake from approximately 151°F to 850°F+.
The oval configuration is especially valuable for two-zone cooking. Set up direct heat on one side and indirect heat on the other, giving you the freedom to sear steaks while slowly cooking ribs, chicken, vegetables, or other foods at the same time. The thick ceramic body retains heat and moisture exceptionally well, helping deliver consistent temperatures and juicy results during everything from high-temperature grilling to long smoking sessions.
