Primo XX-Large Charcoal Grill
The Primo XX-Large Charcoal Grill brings Primo’s signature oval ceramic cooking design to high-capacity outdoor cooking. Its efficient ceramic construction supports steady heat control for grilling, roasting, smoking, and baking.
Specifications: 500 sq. in. cooking area; 282 lb grill weight; 151–850°F+ temperature range.
The science behind Primo’s patented oval design: Primo grills use a 6-position aluminum top damper for precise temperature control, ceramic retainer clips that help keep the ceramic top firmly in place, an easy-lift hinge that reduces the force needed to open the lid, and a 5-position lower air-control slider for adjusting airflow into the charcoal bed.
Multiple cooking methods: Use direct cooking for grilling and searing over the charcoal fire. Use indirect cooking with heat deflectors and racks for baking, roasting, and smoking. For direct-and-indirect cooking, create two zones so foods can be grilled and roasted at the same time.
